Water service has been FULLY RESTORED at Mount Prospect Avenue between Delavan Avenue and Ballantine Parkway and the surrounding areas.

Please be advised that there is a 12-inch water main break on Mount Prospect Avenue between Delavan Avenue and Ballantine Parkway in the North Ward.

Residents and businesses in the surrounding area may experience low water pressure, discolored water, or no water during the duration of the repairs.

Residents are also advised of possible traffic delays in the area.

Newark Water & Sewer crews are working diligently to repair the water main. Check back here for updates.
