How Newark is Leaps Ahead of the EPA’s New Lead and Copper Rule
During President Biden’s event in Milwaukee on Oct. 8, he announced that every American city, town, and water system must replace all its lead service lines within 10 years. The City of Newark is already leaps ahead of this rule, thanks to their “model” Lead Service Line Replacement Program.
